TRC Construction Managers provide Contract Administration services, and proactive in the field oversight of construction projects of all types and structure. During project closeout, the TRC Construction Manager plays an instrumental role in managing as-built information and final reporting, again, working very closely with engineering and construction resources.
TRC Construction Managers are routinely assigned to projects to act as the Owners Representative administering construction contracts between Owners and Contractors.
