Our staff has recent experience in successfully completing many projects that involved biological and cultural resource field surveys, agency consultations; federal, state, and local permitting; preparation of Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC) submittals; and environmental construction inspection and monitoring services. These projects include thousands of miles of pipelines and dozens of ancillary facilities across the United States. Working as a third-party contractor, our staff also has extensive experience in assisting federal agencies, such as the FERC, Bureau of Land Management, Bureau of Indian Affairs, U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, and U.S. Forest Service, in meeting their regulatory obligations under the National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA).
