Final Revised Regulations for Underground Storage Tanks Issued

The EPA has published the final Underground Storage Tank (UST) with an effective date of October 13, 2015. According to the EPA, there are approximately 571,000 USTs, nationwide. The rule revisions will help prevent and detect UST releases, which are a leading source of groundwater contamination.
