Mark Imbriani is a Vice President and Project Manager at TRC. He has over 30 years of experience in the design, preparation of plans and specifications, construction estimates, scheduling, and construction management of bridge, railroad, and highway projects, with particular expertise in the application of FHWA, AREMA, AASHTO, and Caltrans design and construction policies and procedures. He has been the lead in a design group that successfully prepared PSR’s, PR’s, and PS&E for dozens of local agency clients, state DOTs, light rail properties, and Class 1 Railroads, including freeways, highways, arterial roadways, and bridge widening, retrofit, replacement, and rehabilitation projects. Mark serves as the state-wide project funding coordinator, which includes assisting clients in obtaining and maintaining eligibility for funding. He has directed the preparation of numerous road and bridge plans for federal-aid projects, including many in urban areas. Mark performed reviews of environmental, hydraulic, materials assessment, and geotechnical reports in the course of work.
