Gale F. Hoffnagle, CCM, QEP has over 45 years of consulting experience specializing in air quality meteorology and modeling. As a senior vice president at TRC, Gale leads the Company’s Air Quality Consulting Practice and oversees 80 air quality scientists and engineers in performing permitting and consulting work for a wide range of industrial and governmental clients. Throughout his career, Gale has supported the development of comprehensive and site specific plans for firms to meet the requirements of the Clean Air Act Amendments of 1990. Gale has served as an expert witness in more than 150 environmental matters in 18 states. He has a B.S. and M.S. in Meteorology from New York University and an MBA from Golden Gate University.
