Cynthia Retallick has more than 25 years of industrial experience in the chemical and electronics industry, as well as in risk management and program development. Throughout her legal career, Ms. Retallick has handled matters addressing all aspects of environmental law on behalf of real estate developers and corporate clients. She has worked under various federal and state cleanup programs throughout the country. Ms. Retallick has unique experience in the definition, development, insuring, contracting, and closing of risk management strategies to address environmental remediation liabilities. She has conducted due diligence, and structured, negotiated, and closed transactions to manage hundreds of millions of dollars of environmental cleanup obligations. Her experience includes client representation as outside counsel and environmental insurance counsel, as well as an environmental consultant.
