TRC supports all studies conducted at the Lab by providing technical management of experiments and visiting staff. TRC’s team of scientists, engineers, and technicians provide day-to-day operations, maintenance, and modification of the environmental chambers and support systems used to deliver to human test subjects precise quantities of gases, aerosols, or particulates to evaluate minute physiological changes in humans. TRC provides research results, advice, and leadership by advancing human-based scientifically sound research approaches to better understand the exposure, deposition, and biological impacts of pollutants directly in exposed people.
