|Why do I have to apply online?|
Our many offices are located throughout the United States and each office handles its individual recruitment needs.
When you apply online, your resume goes directly to the Human Resource Representative assigned to the posted position and directly to the hiring manager. This process reduces the time it takes to get your information into the hands of the decision makers.
|What happens after I submit my resume online?|

Once your resume is received, it is reviewed by the HR Representative responsible for filling the open position or the
hiring manager. If your experience is found to be a close match to the requirements of the position, you will be contacted by email or phone to discuss your background in more detail. If there is no match, your resume information is added to our tracking system and is made available to all HR Representatives and hiring managers within TRC.
|Does TRC accept unsolicited resumes?|
We do accept unsolicited resumes, however, we strongly encourage you to register and apply online for a specific position.
|Do you accept resumes via email and/or fax?|
|Methods of sending your Resumes|
Applying online is the fastest way to get your resume to us. In some instances, a designated email address is listed with the posting. Only in these instances is it appropriate to submit your information via email.
|How long will it be before I hear from you?|

You will receive an immediate online acknowledgement of receipt of your resume information. You will be contacted by email or phone for further discussions only if there is a close match to the requirements of the posted position.
|What is TRC’s interview process?|
In general, when it is determined that your background and qualifications appear to be a match to the position requirements, you will be contacted for a brief qualifying phone interview by the HR Representative. In some cases, this initial screen is handled by a member within the hiring department. If moving forward, you will be invited to interview in-person with the hiring manager. In some instances, the interview process also may include sitting down with other members of the department and/or senior management. The interview process opens the door for you to learn as much as you can about the group, the role, the expectations and the growth opportunities. It is also your time to tell us why you should be the candidate of choice.

To view TRC’s current postings: click the Careers Tab on the TRC website. From here you have the ability to search all of TRC’s open positions or you can define a more targeted search by creating search parameters. For example you can search by Terms, Categories, and location.
